Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys from the access boxes upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800.736.8624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.

Parking is assigned in the underground structures. Please note the space assigned to you on your move in instructions. A permit is not required in the community. Guest parking is located outside the garages. Vehicles not in accordance with parking policies will be towed at the owners expense.
A remote control for the parking garage will be left inside of the access box for you to pick up upon your check in at the charters.
