This community does allow specific pets. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys from the lockbox which will be on your apartment door upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800.736.8624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and any additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.

The unnumbered and uncovered spaces may be used for additional parking and visitors. A permit is not required in the community for residents or visitors. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense. This community is not gated.

Please leave all keys and access devices(click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 949.722.4040. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require thirty (30) day written notice from resident or coporation.
