Each apartment has both a washer and  a dryer located within every apartment.

All mailboxes are centrally located near the entrance to the building in the lobby of the building.

This community does not accept packages of any kind, the guest must be home to receive packages onsite. Also, any guest may have a package delivered to the local post office branch to be picked up in person by said guest.

Visitors may use the intercom system to call up to an aparrtment where they can be "buzzed" in through the intercom system.
