There is a washer and dryer in each apartment.

Mailboxes are centrally located at the property.

Visitors are welcome.  Please do not park in assigned spaces.  Resident must let guests in through gate.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
