This community does allow cats in some apartments. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at the Pinnacle at MacArthur will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instruction on how to access your keys from the lockbox which willl be on your apartment door  or a railing upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800-736-8624 with any questions we may answer about your ckeck in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and any additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home.

Parking spaces are assigned in this community.  The unnumbered spaces labeled guest may be used for visitors. A permit is required in the community and must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense.

All keys, gate/garage remotes and parking permits (if applicable) should be left in apartment at move-out.  Please return all keys and remote back to your Express Key Move-In/Out envelope.  Any unreturned keys will result in charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment as Oakwood is not responsible for any left items. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure.

 

If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624.  when vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
