Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (916) 631-3777 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking/Garage and Gate information will be sent to you prior to move in. Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors parking and contact us at (916) 631-3777.

- Please bring all keys and access devices (door clickers,gate cards & garage remotes)to the rental office upon vacating your apartment.
- If rental office is closed, please place the keys and access devices in the envelope provided and drop them in the drop box at the rental office. Please record your apartment number on the envelope.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013 (30) days prior to your move out date.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day notice from resident or corporation.
