For your convenience, laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of each building near the elevator lobby.

Mailboxes are located on the ground floor elevator lobby of each building.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Due to storage limitations, we are unable to accept oversized packages or large shipments.

Your visitors will need to use the main entrance gate to the community. Using the Syntex system your visitors can locate your name and dial the corresponding numbers for your unit. The system will ring up to your apartment telephone. Before hanging up with your visitor, press the number 9 on your telephone. This will unlock the gate for your visitor.
