We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at least one business day in advance of your scheduled arrival to check on availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the key to your apartment will be sent to you after the reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you have not received your move in instructions or need a second copy, please contact our office at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is unassigned and there is plenty of available spaces. Some apartments come with garages that are assigned and can be accessed with a remote control.
|
|
|
- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 203.967.2414 every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
