Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on the scheduled day of your move in.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one business day in advance of your arrival date to check for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instruction or need another copy, please contact our office at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, directions to your apartment will also be included in your move in instructions.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is adjacent to the building in the Laz Parking lot. Please provide your apartment number and identify yourself as a guest of Oakwood to gain access and your parking pass.
|
|
|
*A 30 day written notice is required before your vacating your apartment
*Prior to your departure set the heat at 60*F and /or AC at 76*F
*Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
*Please leave all keys and access passes with the concierge upon departing
*There is a $50 charge for each item not returned
*If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 203-967-2414 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
