• This community allows pets up to 50lbs.  There is a two pet per apartment limit and breed restrictions apply, no pitbulls, doberman & rottweilers. City Ordinance requires that all animals be kept on a leash when outside the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean and pick up after your pet.  A non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required, a $250 pet deposit and pet rent of $50 per month would be added to your lease.  

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime afte 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move in. 

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day prior to your arrival to check on availability. 

With prior arrangements, keys can be picked up at the Oakwood office located in front of this community.  Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 only.  Otherwise a lock box will be left for you on the handle of the Oakwood office door.  Please open the mailbox next to the door to receive an envelope with your name on it that will have an access card.  This access card opens the common area doors and the garages.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment.  This will make locatingy our apartment much easier. 

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to enter using the gray plastic access pass.  Once inside the property, please locate your assigned space.  This will be listed in your move in instructions.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own.  This may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already packed in your space, please park in visitors parking and contact us at 203-967-2414.

• You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
• On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
• There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
