Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mail boxes are not issued unless tenants are in the apartment 6 months or longer. If you have mail that needs to be sent to you please address it to :

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Any visitors that would like to visit you at this property will need to announced to the front desk. Please make sure the concierge is aware that you are expecting guests so they may be given access in through the property.
