Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
All of the mailboxes are located in lobby on the right side of the elevators.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors are more than welcome, however the concierge must be informed of their arrival. Tenant will need to call down to the concierge and inform them that they are expecting visitors in order for the visitors to gain access into this community.
