Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stayat this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time
  • Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave it at the leasing office.
  • Îf you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 954.714.8800.
  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.


Key Pickup
Check in time is any time after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in date and keys will be available for you at that time.  You will be instructed weather or not you will need to pick them up from the front office of the apartment complex or if a lock box will be supplied for you.


Arriving at your Apartment
Every effort has been made to make your stay with Oakwood as comfortable as possible.  Once arriving to your apartment, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at #  954-714-8800.


Parking and Access Gates
Parking is available at this property and you will be provided information to obtain access into this property which is gated.


Check Out Procedures
Upon vacating your apartment please remove any item in the fridge and freezer as well as remove all trash in the apartment.  Please leave all keys / access devices in the apartment, the one key that you use to lock the door behind you can be dropped off to the leasing office.
