Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Among the building of Summit Doral there are several mail box locations. For buildings 1, 2, 3, and 8 its mail box station is located between building 1 and 2. The mail box location for buildings 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, and 20 are located near the complexes amazing car wash. In addition, for buildings 9, 10, 11, and 12 its mail box site is in between building 9 and 12. Then in front of building 15 is another mail box location and the residents of building 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 can find there designated boxes at this site. Furthermore, for the residences of building 6 and 21 there mail boxes can be found in front of building 21. If any additional assistance is needed the staff of Summit Doral will gladly help any of its residences. 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Guests that are visiting a community with gated access will to be provided with a gate code for gate access. Guest parking is available.
