There are trash chutes in the building.

There is a washer and dryer in every apartment.

The mailboxes are located on the first floor of each building near the elevator. The mailbox is marked with the apartment number.

Visitors must be buzzed in by the resident.

Each apartment has one assigned parking space. Additional spaces may be available for an addtional charge.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
