We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 813.890.0182.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier. 

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 813.890.0182 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. 

This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry.  This code will be sent to your in your move-in instructions. 

 

Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
