Residents have full access to the swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, running track, valet dry cleaning service, business center, convenience store, conference room, club room, tanning room, and 24-hour staffing on the premise.

Washer and dryers are located on each floor and are available 24-hours a day. Laundry cards can be purchased and on the Plaza Level.

Mailbox station is located on the Plaza Level. Designated mailbox numbers are issued at the time of move-in and are different from the apartment numbers.

If you are not at home, all U.S. Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Concierge Desk located on the Plaza Level. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their delieveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 72 hours unless otherwise arranged.

There are three Visitor Callboxes: at the Motor Lobby main doors, at the Motor Lobby parking deck entrance and on the Plaza Level. These call boxes contain resident call information listed alphabetically by last name and then first initial. Access to the Leasing Office can be gained by going to the security conceirge desk in parking garage.
