We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• All guests are provided with a gate access code prior to arrival. There will be a lockbox on the front door with a key to the apartment

• We require a written 30 day Intent to Vacate prior to departure.
• We will contact each guest 3-7 days prior to departure to provide specific move-out instructions
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
