• Pets are permitted.
• There is a maximum 20lb weight limit.
• Pet Deposit $250 which is refundable upon move out after move out inspection of aparment.  There is also a pet fee of $150, which is nonrefundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move in.  You will be given exact instructions on how to check into your corporate apartment.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 225.753.0033 with any questions or concerns you may have.

Parking is available near your apartment in unassigned spaces. Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense. Be sure to direct your guests to park in unassigned parking areas.

Please take all keys and access devices (gate cards & garage remotes)to the rental office upon vacating your apartment. If rental office is closed, please place the keys and access devices in the envelope provided and drop them in the drop box at the rental office. Please record your apartment number on the envelope. Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 225.753.0033 (30) days prior to your move out date. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day notice from resident or corporation.
