If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsilbe for notifying our guest for their deliveries. You must sign a form from the property to allow them to sign for your deliveries.
Upon Guest arrival they will enter your apartment information into the call box. Then when your phone rings you will have to allow them access by pressing "9" on your phone a couple of times to make sure you allow them enough time to enter.
