We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Between 3:30PM and 5:00PM.  It best to get there before 5PM so that the office can buzz you into the gates.  If you arrive after 5PM then you will just have to follow someone inside the community.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800.923.0013 with any questins or concerns you may have.

• An access gate card will be provided for you in your apartment the day you arrive.  Additional gate cards are at an additional charge.
• Parking is available by your building.

• Please take all keys and access devices (gate cards) to the Leasing Office.  Should the Leasing Office be closed, please drop them in the night drop with your apartment number enclosed.
• Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
