There is a 24 hour concierge at The Devonshire. When you arrive be prepared to show identification. The concierge will provide you with a temporary key to your apartment. There will be a move in package with keys in your apartment. |

Parking is not included. There is a parking garage located below the Devonshire. Please contact the garage directly at 617-227-2446 to reserve a space prior to move in.

- A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in charge.
- If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800-724-9660 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
