You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050.

An Oakwood representative will contact you prior to move-in to coordinate your keys.

- A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in a key charge.
