This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit of $500 is required prior to check-in, of which $0 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the property in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are saying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Your keys will be shipped to you by Federal Express, to an address you specify, 72 hours before your move-in date. This allows you to arrive on your on schedule without having to check in with an office.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where  applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Parking spaces in the lots are available on a first come, first served basis. There are no reserved spots in the lots. 

• A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.

• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.

• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
