Key arrangements will be made prior to your arrival.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.724.9660 or 617.723.8050 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open space & unassigned.

- A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC a 75F.
- Please remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please lave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless regardless locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
- If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800.724.9660 and will try to accommodate your need.
