You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.
|

|
Your keys will be shipped to you by Federal Express, to an address you specify, 72 hours before your move-in date. This allows you to arrive on your on schedule without having to check in with an office.
|
|
|
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800-724-9660 with any concern.

- A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
- If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800-724-9660, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
