The Management office hours are as follows:

 

Monday-Friday  9:00-6:00

Saturday           9:00-5:00

Sunday             12:00-5:00

Each individual home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mail boxes are located in the lobby of each building and a key and instruction on how to access your mail box will be provided in your move-in packet.

 If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the front desk/management office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is please to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified /registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
