Office Hours:  M-F: 9:00am - 6:00pm

                       Sat: 10:00am - 5:00pm

                      Sun: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

There is a washer and dryer in each apartment.

Mailboxes are located in the center of the property.

Visitors are free to go directly to the resident's apartment.

Dumpsters are located throughout the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
