Mailboxes are located at each building

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Please give a courtesy call to office at 816-505-9700 if you are expecting a package but will not be home.  Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors have direct access to the apartment community. Please have guests park in available parking spaces and not in reserved covered parking for the tenants of this apartment community.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
