This community has resident activities and events. All activities and events will be posted in the monthly newsletter distributed to all residents and guests.

Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The mail center is located in the center of the community next to the car-wash, business and fitness center.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community therefore visitors will need to use the intercom call box to call your apartment from the gated entrance to gain access to the community. Please ensure your visitors park in unassigned parking areas.
