This property has grills right by the pool. The property has a business center with internet, fax and printers.  Valet dry cleaning is available through the property leasing office. 

A full size washer and dryer are provided in each unit.

Mailboxes are located at the center entrance of each building.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Visitors are welcome but must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Parking is limited and visitors can only park on the street or in the visitors spots in the Parking garage. 

Trash rooms are located on the each floor of each building.
