Cats and Dogs up to 30lbs are allowed.  No more than 2 pets per apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Southend will be pleasant. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Southend community. Remember that Southend has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the needed information.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. We will send you move in instructions as soon as we receive you signed paperwork. There is a code for your lockbox and to enter the apartment building. These codes will be sent to you via fax or e-mail. please remember to bring these with you to ensure a smooth check in.

Keys will be left in a lockbox on your door prior to your scheduled arrival date. We will provide you with two door and 1 mailbox key(s). Your garage remote will be on your coffee table in your apartment. If you have any questions about your keys please call us at 704-588-4668.

Once you arrive at your apartment please make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home"as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

*There will be a key fob provided in the apartment upon move in. This will allow you to enter the buildings without a code.

There is a parking deck and the gate remote will be in your apartment prior to arrival. Only one remote per apartment is issued no matter what size apartment you are in.  An additional garage remote will be at an additional monthly fee. Please do not park in reserved parking spaces. These are paid spaces and are subject to towing at the expense of the vehicle owner. A bright pink temporary parking pass will be left in your apartment upon arrival.  This must be hung from your rear view mirror at all times.  Failure to display this temporary parking pass may result in towing at your expense. 

Please remember to remove all personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all keys, remotes and and key fabs on your kitchen counter with the exception of one door key you will use to lock the door as you leave. Place this key in an envelope labled with your name and apartment number and leave it at the property leasing office. If it is after hours place the envelope in the drop box outside of the leasing office.
