Mail boxes are located in the front of the community by the leasing office.
Visitor parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not park in handicap spots or in the fire zones as this will result in your car being towed away from the community.
Enjoy the convenience of doing laundry at home! Full size washer and dryer included in all corporate units.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
