Cats and dogs no weight restrictions are welcome, but there are breed restrictions.
Pet Deposit: $250.00 non refundable pet fee.

 

There is a limit of two pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit of $250 per pet is required prior to check-in, of which is non-refundable and there is a $50/mo pet rent per pet if dog and $25/mo pet rent per pet if cat.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for your at the time of move in and leave on the Living Room coffee table.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188.
• When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice.
• There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key. Unreturned entry keys and fitness passes will cost $100 each.
• Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.

Move-in is after 3:30 PM

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 215.568.2188 with any concerns.

This property has open parking for all residents.  Please limit cars to one per resident.
Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.  ^Vehicle storage is not permitted.
Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
Please have your guests park either in the designated guest parking area, or slightly away from the building so that they do not take up other residents parking spaces.
Please do not park in reserved spaces such as assigned carports or garages.  If you do, your vehicle could be subject to towing at the owners expense.
