This community allows small pets. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help kept the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit of $500 is required prior to check-in, of which $0 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Once all required paperwork and contracts have been returned to Oakwood Coporate Houisng, your keys will be sent you via Fed Ex.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment. Parking arrangements can not be made by Oakwood Corporate Housing and must be made by the registered owner of the vehicle. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Please find out about any height, width or weight restrictions on oversize vehicles prior to arriving or having your vehicle delivered.

• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
• Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
• Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
