Saturday: 10AM-5PM

Sunday: 1-5PM

There are washer and dryers provided in each apartment.  There is also a laundry facility located on-site.

The mail center is located in the front of the community by the leasing center.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is not a gated community and visitors do have access to the community.  They must follow the same rules as residents for parking.
