We welcome you and hope that your stay at Cherry Creek will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Cherry Creek in which you are staying. Cherry Creek has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Cherry Creek has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.
You will be provided with Move-In Instructions after you have returned ALL reservation paperwork that was sent to you.

Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner expense.
Please fill out the Express Check-Out envelope provided in your Welcome Binder.
Place all keys and gate cards on the Kitchen Counter prior to exiting the apartment, EXCEPT one door key which will be used to lock the apartment when you leave.
Place the remaining key inside the Express Check-Out envelope and turn this in to the office before exiting the property. (Should the office be closed at the time of departure, drop the envelope off in the drop box or mail slot at the front of the leasing office).
All Residents Must Vacate Property By Midnight of Departure Date
When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thiry (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Key and access devices not left upon departure result in a fee of $25 per key; $50 per access card and $75 per remote. This is for changing the locks on the door; making new keys and purchasing new gate cards and remotes. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY!
