A $300 pet fee is required for each pet. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment. Pet fees are subject to change at anytime.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Cumberland is a pleasant one. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of The Cumberland community. Remember that The Cumberland has a community of its own, as well as rules and policies that make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.
You will be provided with Move-In Instructions after you have returned ALL reservation paperwork that was sent to you. Your keys will be available at the Front Desk.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to call us toll free at 800-554-0734.
You will be assigned a parking space and permit. Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner expense.
Please fill out the Express Check-Out envelope provided in your Welcome Binder.
Place all keys, cards, and remotes inside the Express Check-Out envelope and place it in the hands of a Front Dest Representative before exiting the property. (If there is no one available at the Front Desk, leave the envelope with the Conciege Service).
All Residents Must Vacate Property By Midnight of Departure Date.
When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thiry (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Key and access devices not left upon departure result in a fee of $25 per key; $50 per access card and $75 per remote. This is for changing the locks on the door; making new keys and purchasing new gate cards and remotes. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY!
