Pet Policy
This community allows pets (cat or dog) up to 20 pounds in weight. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. Dogs to be walked in designated "DOG WALKING" area only.  There is a $50 fine for non-compliance to dog policies that is strictly enforced.
 
A Non Refundable pet fee of $250 per pet is required prior to check-in.  There is also an additional $15/month rent increase per pet.  This community has breed restrictions for pets. No aggressive breeds are allowed!
 


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide. Each property has a community of it's own and you are welcome to participate in any activity. Each community has it's own policies and rules to make living there a pleasant experience for all residents. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.


Check In Time

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 pm, CST, on your scheduled day of move-in.

If you require an early check in please contact us at our local corporate office at least one business day in advance of your scheduled move-in date with your request.



Key Pickup

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you, via email or fax, after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to the local Oakwood Corporate Housing office. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or are in need of another copy, please contact our office directly at 972.392.4747 or 1.800.393.0077 and speak with the Reservationist in the local office for assistance.

In addition to instructions and a detailed diagram regarding key access and retrieval, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment from major airports in the area. This will make locating your assigned apartment community much easier.



Arriving at your Apartment

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as flawless as possible. If everything is not perfect or our team of inspectors overlooked a maintenance issue, please contact our local office at 972.392.4747 or 1.800.393.0077 and we will take care of your needs as quickly as possible.



Parking and Access Gates

This community provides residents and corporate guests with underground garage parking.  Upon arrival to the community you will need to follow the gate instructions and codes provided on the move- in instructions to initially gain access into your apartment where you will be able to retrieve the parking garage access remote.  You will need to momentarily park your vehicle at the front of the property while accessing your apartment and retrieving your garage remote. If you have questions regarding the parking arrangement please contact the local office at 972.392.4747 or 1.800.396.0077 for information.

Once you have retrieved your garage access remote to enter the parking garage you will need to locate your assigned parking spot that is the same number as your corporate apartment.  There is only one assigned parking space available for each apartment, however there is additional non-reserved parking available in the parking garage.



Check Out Procedures
* A 30 day written notice to vacate your corporate apartment is required with a departure date noted. You may fax the notice to 972.404.0998 or 972.392.1188.
 
* Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
 
* Please leave all remotes, access cards and keys except for one door key.
 
* You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your Welcome binder that was located on the coffee table upon arrival. Please place the one key you will use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
