Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri - 9am to 6pm

Thur- 9am to 7pm

Sat- 10am to 5pm

Sun- 1pm to 5pm

Washers and dryers are provided in each apartment.

Mailboxes are located on the 1st floor on the West side of the buildings.

Visitors must use the call box to visit a resident.

Trash shoots are located on each floor, on the West side of each building.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
