Oakwood Houston Midtown offers complimentary weekly trash pick up services.

For your convenience, Oakwood Apartments offers apartments and townhomes furnished with washers and dryers. 

All mail boxes are located on the 1st level of the parking garage next to the pool.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages may be delivered to the Business Office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guest for their packages.  Oakwood is pleased to accept packages in the Office as long as the carrier can leave them without the signature of the office personnel.  Oakwood cannot be responsible for condition of packages.  Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 days unless otherwised arranged.

Vistors may access a residence by using the phone system at the entrance of the parking garage.  Vistors will need to know the apartment number of the resident that they are visting in order to use the phone system.
