In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 801.261.1114 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to to use a remote. Please park in visitor parking when you first arrive at the property then go to your apartment to obtain your remote. Once you have your remote you can then park your vehicle in the parking space provided on your move-in paperwork.

- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
- In the event that you need your apartment key to lock the door when you leave, please leave all access devices on the kitchen counter, place the apartment key in the envelope provided and leave at the leasing office located on the property.
- If keys and access items are not returned upon move out or have been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 801.261.1114.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
