• Cats and large dogs are welcome with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Maximum of 25 to 80 lbs may be allowed.
• Specific breeds are not allowed in the building. Please identify the breed of your pet(s)at the time of reservation.
  
• A pet deposit of $200 and a non-refundable fee of $200 are required.
• Violation of this policy is a violation of your lease agreement and may be subject to termination of your residency.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at the Metropolitan at Pentagon City will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Metropolitan at Pentagon City. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part, as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the Metropolitan at Pentagon City, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.

• Check In time is anytime after 3:30pm Monday – Saturday or anytime on Sundays on your scheduled arrival date. 

• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Your apartment key will be placed in a lockbox hanging on your apartment door.  All additional keys, building/gate access cards and parking information you may need at this community will be placed on the coffee table or on the kitchen counter inside the apartment.   All lease paperwork must be completed, signed and returned prior to keys being placed in the lockbox.

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific move-in instructions and the lockbox code for picking up your keys for move-in.

 

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.378.8575 with any concerns or items you wish to add or exchange.

The Metropolitan at Pentagon City has a parking garage located beneath the building.   You will receive a garage clicker and one assigned parking space with your apartment.  One Parking space is included with your apartment.  Parking for our guests is located on level P2 in the parking garage.  Your parking tag, garage clicker and building access card will be located in the “Apartment Box” on the kitchen counter.
