• Please return all apartment keys, mailbox keys and passes to the community office in the envelope provided upon departure.
• There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 757.200.7700.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty day written notice from the resident or corporation.

The apartment key is put in a lockbox with is put on the door of your apartment.  The code to the lockbox will be provided on your move in instructions by your local contact.

Upon arrival, there will be Welcome Binder and a Welcome Letter on the coffee table in the living room.  If you have any questions, concerns, or service requests, please contact your Guest Services Representative, Beth Drewery, at 757-200-7700.

There is open parking at this property.  No special decals or assigned parking spots are needed.

If there is a lockbox on your door, please put the apartment key in the lockbox after locking the door.  Only 1 key will fit in the lockbox, so any additional keys should be left on the kitchen counter.  If there is no lockbox, please place 1 apartment key in a marked envelope and return it the on-site leasing office.  Please mark the envelope with your building and apartment number.  There will be a $50.00 charge for any unreturned keys.
