Check in time is 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please contact your local office if this conflicts with your schedule. Alternate arrangements must be made in advance.

Keys need to be picked up between 10am - 3pm M-F. If arriving after 3pm or on the weekend, please call the Orchards’ office at 540-977-6200 to let them know. They will then leave the keys under the mat at their front office.

Please call Beth Drewery, Guest Services Representative, at 757-200-7700 if you have any questions, concerns, or service requests once you have arrived at your apartment. Your Guest Services Representative is your liason between the you and the on-site maintenance team.
