Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled day of move in.

If you require early check in please contact our office at least one business day in advance of your move in day to check on the availability

 

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Worldwide. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 425.201.4600.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 425.201.4600 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to use your door key to enter. Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. One parking space per apartment is complimentary.  A second parking space is available for $85 per month or $5 per day if you are staying less than 30 days.

• A 14-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment
• Check out time in 11:00AM
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
• Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating 
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
