• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered.

• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied.

• All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags.

• Owners must provide litter box for felines.

• Canine breed restrictions apply.

• Non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a $50 per month charge.

• Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 602.863.0596.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.
