Check in is available at our Front Desk during our office hours of 06:30 to 22:00. Special arrangments are made for guests arriving after these hours. Please inform us of your flight details and expected check-in time in advance.

Upon arrival you will need to complete and sign a guest registration card and possibly other documentation. We will also photocopy your passport for I.D. purposes, and ask for a business card and credit card for card verification only.

After accomplishing the above requirements, guests will then be escorted by our staff to their apartment. Customer Service is available seven days a week to assist you.

The standard check in time is from 3pm (15:00).  Please inform us in advance if you will arrive earlier.

 

If you plan to arrive at the residence after the close of our office hours at 22:00pm, please inform us in advance and we will advise you of the special procedures that are in place for late arrivals.

You will be escorted to your apartment by a Customer Service Representative and given a full tour of the facilities and features of both the Residence and your apartment.

Parking is available in a secure under cover car park in the basement level of the T-Cube building,at an additional charge. Long term parking arrangements can be made via the Front Desk. All requests for long term parking must be made at least one day in advance or on the Friday before a weekend. (Hourly parking for your short term arrangements or for our visitors, is also available and payable directly on leaving the car park.)

 

Check out is at the Front Desk. You will be asked to surrender your apartment key cards. After being presented with a copy of the bill, guests will then be asked to review and acknowledge their account. After signing the bill we will then reconfirm the mode of payment (either cash, credit card or company payment) before closing the bill.  A charge may apply for lost or misplaced key cards.

 

The regular check out time is 12:00am on your day of departure. If you need to extend your stay, please ask us about a later check out time and we will endeavor to assist you based on availability.

 

If you wish to check out before 06:30am (the start of our office hours), please inform us in advance.  We may ask you to kindly settle your account the night before.
