Each apartment comes equipped with its own washer/dryer.
Post is delivered to the individual post boxes located in the foyer of the building.
If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service companies will attempt delivery on the next business day. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries and making arrangements for alternate delivery dates.Alternative arrangements are advised should a guest be expecting any kind of package as there is no porter at this building.
Visitor access is through the intercom system.
