Please check in at the on-site leasing office between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 pm. A leasing agent is available to meet with you Monday through Sunday. Upon Check in they will deliver a packet with keys, remotes, key fabs and directions to your apartment. If you are unable to check-in during normal business hours please notify our office in advance so that we may make alternate arrangements for you. If you require after hours check in, a Lock box will be placed on your door. The arrangements for after hours check in must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You will be assigned a parking garage number upon check in to the apartment. The community is access controlled, so a remote will be included when you pick up the keys.

Please place all apartment keys, key fabs and garage remotes in the envelope left for you at check in. Please note on the envelope your building and apartment number. Please deliver the envelope to the leasing office at move out. If you check out after hours, please place the envelope in the drop box at the leasing office. Alternatively, you may leave the envelope in your apartment on the kitchen counter; simply lock the apartment door from the inside. Please call the office during office hours to confirm your departure.
